We are looking for a solution architect for an assignment in a governmental environment related to a government assignment where IT support must translate operational needs into sustainable, understandable, and feasible solutions. You will enter a context with many dependencies and choices, where the conditions need to be clarified along the way. The assignment places high demands on quality, structure, and the ability to communicate both conceptually and technically in collaboration with many stakeholders.

• Translate operational needs into technical solutions and a common solution picture
• Develop, describe, and anchor solution architecture (components, integrations, information flows, security, performance, and lifecycle)
• Make architectural choices and trade-offs, such as standard vs. customization and short-term vs. long-term maintainability
• Ensure alignment with target architecture, principles, regulations, and strategies (e.g., security, data protection, and interoperability)
• Work closely with business representatives, product owners, developers, security specialists, suppliers, and, if necessary, enterprise architects
• Provide architectural support throughout the lifecycle: early analysis, development, testing, and production
• Identify and highlight risks, consequences, and dependencies between systems and initiatives
• Document and communicate solutions through architecture descriptions, diagrams, and decision support

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a solution architect in complex IT solutions
• At least 5 years of documented experience in developing architecture for integration-intensive systems with multiple integrations, such as external services, registers, or platforms
• At least 5 years of experience with platform- or product-based solutions, including standard products/platforms that are configured and customized as well as bespoke development
• Experience with identity and access solutions, such as e-identification, role and access management, identity management, and federated login
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Experience working agile according to Scrum methodology
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Ability to document solutions and development work in a structured manner

• Experience working in the public sector, particularly with government agencies
• Experience in IT and information security in the relevant area
• Experience with architecture in Azure or equivalent cloud platforms, including hybrid solutions
